About Credit Access Group
A credit consulting firm that tells you the truth about your file
Credit Access Group helps people in the United States dispute inaccurate items on their credit reports, build positive credit history, and get their credit in order before applying for business funding. The part most firms skip is the part we lead with: telling you what cannot be changed.
What the firm does
We work in three service lines, and a file often touches more than one. Credit repair is the work of identifying items on your credit reports that are inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable, and disputing them with the bureaus. Credit building is the work of getting positive history onto a file that does not have enough of it. Business funding is preparing an owner and a business to be in a position to apply for business credit — the documents, the profile, the order of operations. The lender still decides.
What we do not do is predict the result. A credit bureau decides what its investigation concludes and a lender decides who it approves, and we are not either of them. So we tell you what we will do, we show you what we did, and we let the file speak.
Who we serve
- People who were declined and were never told, in plain language, why.
- People who have found something on a credit report that is not theirs or is not right.
- People with thin or no credit history who need positive history on the record.
- Small-business owners who need their personal and business credit in order before they apply for funding.
How it works
Three things hold this together, and all three are visible to you rather than described to you.
A named person owns your file
Your file is assigned to a specific member of staff, and you know their name. You are not routed to whoever answers, and you are not starting the story over on every call.
Everything is recorded
Each dispute, letter, bureau response, document, and charge is recorded as its own entry with a date. That record is what we work from and what we answer questions from — not from memory.
You can see where it stands
You sign in and see what has been submitted, what came back, and what is waiting. You should never have to call us to find out whether anything happened.
How we operate
These are not values on a wall. Each one is something you can check against what we actually do.
Plain language, not jargon
Letters, statuses, and charges get explained in words you already use. If we send you something you cannot read, that is our defect, not yours.
We tell you when an item is accurate and will stay
Accurate, current, and verifiable information cannot be removed from a credit report. When we review your reports and an item is correct, we say so and we do not dispute it. We will never advise you to challenge something true or to misstate anything to a bureau or a lender — that is illegal, and it would put you at risk, not just us.
Nothing is charged before it is performed
We do not take payment for a service before that service has been performed. Enrolling costs you nothing up front, and every charge is tied to work already done and shown to you as its own line.
The rights are yours, and we say so first
If you sign for credit repair or credit building, you can cancel for any reason, at no cost, within three business days under federal law or five days under Florida law, whichever ends later. You can also dispute inaccurate information in your own credit file yourself, for free, by contacting the credit bureaus directly — you never have to hire anyone. You receive those rights in writing before you sign anything.
What we are not
Being specific about this saves everyone time, and it is the fastest way to tell whether we are the right call for you.
- Not a law firm. We do not give legal advice and we do not represent you in a legal proceeding.
- Not a lender. We do not lend money, issue credit, or decide whether anyone gets approved.
- Not a credit bureau. We do not hold your credit file and we cannot edit it. The bureaus own the file; we work with them on your behalf.
- Not a tax or investment advisor. We do not advise on taxes, investments, or debt settlement strategy.
- Not a shortcut. We are a consulting firm that does specific, bounded work and tells you what it did.
What no credit consulting firm can do
How to reach us
Call (561) 898-8884. Online enrollment and the website contact form are currently unavailable. Professionals who want to refer a client should read the partner program. Everything else, including what to have ready for a first call, is on contact.
Find out where your file actually stands
The first conversation is a review of your situation and an honest answer about which service line, if any, fits it. If the answer is that we cannot help you, we will tell you that instead of enrolling you.
Ask for the required written disclosure and the full agreement before you sign anything. No fee is charged before the agreed work is performed. For credit repair and credit building, you can cancel for any reason within three business days under federal law or five days under Florida law, whichever ends later.
