How it works

Nothing is sent until you approve the plan.

You see your file before you decide anything, the work in writing before you sign anything, and every letter before it leaves our office. This is the whole sequence, in the order it happens.

  • Soft pull only
  • You read every letter first
  • No fee before work is done

What you have before you owe anything

In writing
  • A read of all three reportsSoft pull, no cost, nothing to sign for it.
  • A call, line by lineWhat looks inaccurate, and what is accurate and stays.
  • A written quoteBefore there is an agreement in front of you.
  • Your rights, on their own screenRead and acknowledged before anything is signed.

None of this costs anything, and none of it commits you to signing.

Online enrollment is currently unavailable

The sequence below explains the service process. Call us through the contact page to ask questions; the website is not accepting accounts, uploads, signatures, or referrals at this time.

The four stages

You will always know which stage you are in, because your file says so. Each stage below lists what you do, what we do, and what you can see when it is finished.

  1. Step 1: Create your account and tell us what is happening

You sign up with an email address and confirm it, then answer a short intake: what you are trying to do, what got declined, what you have already seen on your report, and which of the three services you think applies. Guessing wrong on that last question costs you nothing — working it out is our job.

What we do: a staff member reads your intake before speaking to you, so your first conversation starts from your situation rather than from a script.

When it is done: you have an account, and your file exists with a named person assigned to it.

  2. Step 2: Upload your documents

You upload your ID, proof of address, and your credit reports through the site. You can start with the first two and add the rest as you gather them — nothing waits on a complete set.

What we do: read all three reports side by side and build an item-by-item picture with you: what appears inaccurate, what appears unverifiable, what is accurate and will stay, and what is simply missing from a thin file.

How your documents are held: encrypted at rest, openable only by the staff assigned to your file, and every access written to an audit record.

  3. Step 3: Read the disclosure, then sign the agreement — in that order

Before you sign anything, you receive the written statement of your consumer credit file rights under federal and state law, and the full service agreement, including the fee schedule and the cancellation form. You read them. You ask about anything you do not like. Only then do you sign, and the signature is recorded as its own event with the version of the documents you actually saw.

After you sign, you can still cancel for any reason, with no penalty and no obligation: for credit repair and credit building, within three business days under federal law or five days under Florida law, whichever ends later. The form and the address to send it to come with the contract.

  4. Step 4: Track the work as it happens

Once the engagement is live, your file shows each service you are enrolled in and the stage each one is at — separately, because repair, building, and funding move at their own pace. Every dispute we send, every bureau response that comes back, and every stage change is recorded and visible to you.

What we do: send the disputes we have a good-faith basis for, wait out the bureau’s investigation window, read the results with you, and decide the next step together — including telling you when an item came back verified and the honest answer is to stop disputing it.

Billing: you are not charged for a service until it has been fully performed. That is a requirement of federal law, and it is how the billing is built.

What to have ready

You do not need all of it on day one. Having the first two makes the first conversation much more useful.

  • A government-issued photo ID — driver’s licence, state ID, or passport
  • Proof of your current address — a utility bill, lease, or bank statement from the last 60 days
  • Your credit reports from all three bureaus, or permission for us to obtain them
  • Any letter you have received from a credit bureau, a collector, or a lender
  • For business funding: your entity formation documents, EIN letter, and recent business bank statements

What we need from you afterwards

This is the part people underestimate. The work runs on information that only you receive.

  • Forward bureau and collector mail to us as it arrives — dates in those letters matter
  • Keep paying whatever you are currently paying on time; nothing we do replaces that
  • Answer our questions about an item honestly, including when you know it is yours
  • Tell us immediately if you apply for credit, move, or change your phone number

How long each stage takes, and why it varies

These are ranges from how the process works, not commitments. Read them as “what usually sets the pace”, not as a schedule you can hold us to.

Signing up and uploading

Usually one sitting. The delay, when there is one, is finding a proof-of-address document or getting all three reports.

Reviewing the file with you

Driven by how many items are in question and how quickly we can get you on the phone. A file with four disputed items and one with forty are not the same piece of work.

A bureau investigation

Set by law and by the bureau, not by us. It can be extended when you send additional information mid-investigation, and a furnisher can reverify an item later.

What a finished dispute actually means

A dispute ends in one of three places: the item is corrected or removed, the item comes back verified and stays, or the bureau needs more from you. A removal is also not permanent by nature — if a furnisher later reverifies the information, it can be reported again. We will tell you which of the three happened and what, if anything, is worth doing next.

The limits of this process

You should know these before you spend a minute on the intake form.

Accurate information stays

Accurate, current, and verifiable information cannot be removed from a credit report, by us or by anyone else. We will not file a dispute we have no good-faith basis for, and we will never ask you to misstate anything to a credit bureau, a lender, or a government agency. Anyone who offers you a second credit file or a separate identifying number to borrow under is proposing something illegal.

No guaranteed score, item, approval, or date

We cannot guarantee a credit score or a change to one, the removal of any specific item, approval for any loan or line of credit, or that anything will complete by a particular date. Some files improve substantially, some improve slightly, and some do not change.

You can do this yourself, for free

You have the right to obtain a copy of your credit report and to dispute inaccurate information in your own file yourself, at no cost, by contacting the credit bureaus directly. A bureau must investigate a dispute you file. If your situation is simple, that may well be the right route, and we will tell you so. Ask us for the full statement of your rights before you enroll.

Which service does this describe?

All three run through the same four stages. What differs is the work inside stages two and four.

Ready when you are

Stage one takes one sitting and commits you to nothing. You will have read your rights and the full agreement before you are asked to sign anything.

Ask for the required written disclosure and the full agreement before you sign anything. No fee is charged before the agreed work is performed. For credit repair and credit building, you can cancel for any reason within three business days under federal law or five days under Florida law, whichever ends later.
