Required disclosures

Federal law requires a credit repair organization to tell you certain things in writing before you sign anything. This page is that disclosure. Read it before you enroll, and keep it — every other page on this site defers to it.

Last updated 2026-09-28 · Version 2026-09-28.2. This page is provided for information. The written contract you sign at enrollment, together with the separate written disclosure statement delivered with it, controls the engagement.

1. Who we are, and who we are not

Credit Access Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, is a credit consulting firm with its mailing address at 732 NW 8 Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311. You can reach us at (561) 898-8884 or info@creditaccessgroup.com.

We are a credit repair organization as that term is defined in the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), 15 U.S.C. §§ 1679–1679j. A credit repair organization is a business that, for money or other valuable consideration, provides a service represented to improve a consumer’s credit record, credit history, or credit rating, or advises a consumer about how to do so. Because we take a fee for that kind of work, CROA applies to us, and CROA is written to protect you from us. The obligations on this page are ours, not favors.

Three things follow from being a credit repair organization, and each has its own section below: we cannot take a fee before the service it pays for has been fully performed (section 6), you may cancel your contract without penalty within the window in section 5, and we must give you the written statement of your credit file rights reproduced in section 2.

We also offer credit building and business funding preparation. Those service lines are consulting and education, not lending and not brokerage. Where a service we provide is represented to improve your credit standing, we treat it as covered by CROA and handle it under the rules on this page.

What we are not:

  • We are not a law firm and we are not attorneys. Nothing we tell you is legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created by working with us.
  • We are not a lender, a bank, a credit union, a mortgage broker, or a loan broker. We do not lend money, we do not fund loans, and we do not decide whether you are approved for anything.
  • We are not a credit bureau, a consumer reporting agency, or a furnisher of credit information. We do not control what appears on your credit report, and we cannot change a report ourselves.
  • We are not a debt settlement company, a debt collector, or a credit counseling agency, and we do not negotiate payoff amounts on your behalf.
  • We do not give legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. If your situation involves a lawsuit, a bankruptcy, identity theft, a tax debt, or a divorce, talk to a licensed professional in that field.

We operate in Florida. Florida’s Credit Service Organizations Act (Fla. Stat. §§817.7001–817.706) does not provide for state registration. We do not charge or receive any fee before the work we agreed to do for you is fully performed (Fla. Stat. §817.7005(1)).

2. Consumer credit file rights under state and federal law

The following is the statement CROA requires us to give you, word for word (15 U.S.C. §1679c(a)). You will also receive it as a separate written document, which you acknowledge, before you sign any contract with us. If you did not receive that separate document, do not sign anything and tell us.

Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law

You have a right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly. However, neither you nor any 'credit repair' company or credit repair organization has the right to have accurate, current, and verifiable information removed from your credit report. The credit bureau must remove accurate, negative information from your report only if it is over 7 years old. Bankruptcy information can be reported for 10 years.

You have a right to obtain a copy of your credit report from a credit bureau. You may be charged a reasonable fee. There is no fee, however, if you have been turned down for credit, employment, insurance, or a rental dwelling because of information in your credit report within the preceding 60 days. The credit bureau must provide someone to help you interpret the information in your credit file. You are entitled to receive a free copy of your credit report if you are unemployed and intend to apply for employment in the next 60 days, if you are a recipient of public welfare assistance, or if you have reason to believe that there is inaccurate information in your credit report due to fraud.

You have a right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the Credit Repair Organization Act. This law prohibits deceptive practices by credit repair organizations.

You have the right to cancel your contract with any credit repair organization for any reason within 3 business days from the date you signed it.

Credit bureaus are required to follow reasonable procedures to ensure that the information they report is accurate. However, mistakes may occur.

You may, on your own, notify a credit bureau in writing that you dispute the accuracy of information in your credit file. The credit bureau must then reinvestigate and modify or remove inaccurate or incomplete information. The credit bureau may not charge any fee for this service. Any pertinent information and copies of all documents you have concerning an error should be given to the credit bureau.

If the credit bureau's reinvestigation does not resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, you may send a brief statement to the credit bureau, to be kept in your file, explaining why you think the record is inaccurate. The credit bureau must include a summary of your statement about disputed information with any report it issues about you.

The Federal Trade Commission regulates credit bureaus and credit repair organizations. For more information contact: The Public Reference Branch Federal Trade Commission Washington, D.C. 20580

Florida law also lets you cancel within five days from the date you sign (Fla. Stat. §817.704). You may use whichever period ends later; section 5 explains how.

3. Accurate, current, and verifiable information cannot be removed

Nobody can remove accurate information — not us, not you, not anyone

Neither you nor any credit repair organization or credit repair company has the right to have accurate, current, and verifiable information removed from your credit report. If information in your report is accurate, current, and can be verified by the furnisher, it stays until it ages off under the timelines in section 2. Any business that tells you otherwise is misrepresenting the law.

This is the single most important limit on what we do, so we will be direct about what it means for you. A late payment you actually made late, a charge-off on an account that is actually yours, a collection that is actually owed and correctly reported, a judgment correctly entered against you — we cannot get those deleted, and we will not tell you we can. Our work is limited to information that appears to be inaccurate, incomplete, unverifiable, out of date, duplicated, or not yours.

That means the realistic range of outcomes from our work is wide, and one end of it is nothing. Some clients see inaccurate items corrected or deleted. Some see a few items resolved and the rest verified as accurate and left in place. Some see no change at all, because everything in the file turns out to be accurate and verifiable. We cannot tell you in advance which of those describes you, and any number we gave you would be invented.

4. What we do, and what you do

We review your credit reports with you, identify items that appear inaccurate, incomplete, unverifiable, or misreported, and prepare and submit disputes and requests on your behalf under a written authorization you sign. We track the bureau and furnisher responses, explain what each one means, and tell you what your options are at each step, including when the honest answer is that an item is accurate and there is nothing to challenge.

On the credit building side we identify which credit accounts you qualify for, and help you open those accounts and have them reported on your credit profile. You decide whether to apply, and each lender decides whether to approve you. On the business funding side we help you organize the documentation, entity records, and business credit profile that lenders typically ask for, so you are prepared when you apply. Preparing to apply is not the same as being approved, and we do not decide or influence any lender’s decision.

Your part matters more than ours. You give us accurate and complete information, you forward the mail and portal messages you receive from the bureaus and furnishers promptly, you keep current accounts paid on time, and you tell us when something changes. If you do not forward bureau correspondence, the process stalls, because those letters are the record of what happened.

5. Your right to cancel

Any reason, no penalty, whichever window ends later

You may cancel your contract with us for any reason, or for no reason, at any time before midnight of the third business day after the date you signed it (federal law), or within five days from the date you signed it (Florida law) — whichever ends later. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or federal holidays, and all times are Eastern time. If you cancel in that window, you owe us nothing. No penalty, no fee, and no obligation of any kind attaches to cancelling.

A notice of cancellation form accompanies the written contract. It is a separate page, in duplicate, and it is yours to keep. You do not have to use our form — any written statement that says you are cancelling, signed and dated by you, is enough.

To cancel:

  • Mail or deliver a signed, dated written notice to Credit Access Group LLC, 732 NW 8 Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311. If you mail it, we treat the postmark date as the date you cancelled, so keep proof of mailing.
  • Or send a signed, dated written notice by email to info@creditaccessgroup.com. We will confirm receipt in writing.
  • Say that you are cancelling. You do not have to give a reason, and we will not ask you for one as a condition of honoring the cancellation.

Cancelling within that window ends the contract. Any payment you made is returned within 10 days after we receive your notice. Cancelling after that window is also your right and is covered by the termination terms in the contract and in our terms of service; the difference is that after the window you may owe for services already fully performed.

6. No advance fees

We do not charge you for a service before it is performed

Federal law prohibits a credit repair organization from charging or receiving any money or other valuable consideration for the performance of any service which the organization has agreed to perform, before that service is fully performed. We follow that rule. You are not asked for a deposit, a setup fee, a retainer, or a prepayment as a condition of enrolling.

In practice this means we bill after work has been completed, on the terms set out in your written quote and in your signed contract. Every amount you can be charged, and what each amount pays for, is written in that contract before you sign it. If anyone acting for us asks you for money up front, that request is not authorized, and you should refuse it and tell us at info@creditaccessgroup.com.

7. What we do not and cannot guarantee

There is no guaranteed outcome, on any timeline

We do not guarantee, promise, or predict any of the following, and no employee, contractor, or affiliate of ours is authorized to do so on our behalf, in writing or out loud:

  • Any credit score, score increase, or score range. We do not control the scoring models, and we do not know what your score will be.
  • The deletion, correction, or modification of any specific item on your credit report, including items we dispute in good faith.
  • Approval for any loan, credit card, line of credit, mortgage, lease, or business funding, or any particular rate, limit, or term.
  • Any timeline. We do not control how long a bureau or a furnisher takes, and a statutory investigation window is a limit on them, not a promise from us.
  • A typical, average, or expected result. We do not publish one, because a result that depends entirely on what is in your file cannot be generalized honestly.
  • That anything will change at all. It is a real and common outcome that a file is reviewed, found accurate, and left as it is.

If you have seen a claim anywhere that reads as a guarantee of a score, a deletion, an approval, or a deadline — on this site, in an ad, in a text message, or from a person who said they represent us — it is wrong, it is not ours, and we want to know about it. Send it to info@creditaccessgroup.com.

8. What we will never ask you to do

We will not ask you to misstate anything, to anyone

We will never advise, instruct, encourage, or help you to make any statement that is untrue or misleading, or that you should know is untrue or misleading, to a credit bureau, a furnisher, a lender, a landlord, an employer, an insurer, or any government agency. That prohibition is in CROA, it is absolute, and it binds us whether or not you would find the untrue statement useful.

Specifically, and without exception:

  • We will not dispute an item we have no good-faith basis to believe is inaccurate, incomplete, unverifiable, or misreported. Volume disputing of accurate items is not a service, it is a violation, and it can get your file flagged as frivolous.
  • We will not tell you to say an account is not yours when it is yours, or that you never authorized a debt that you did authorize.
  • We will not help you obtain, use, or apply for credit under a new or different identifying number in place of your Social Security number. There is no legal “new credit identity”, a CPN offered for that purpose is a fraud, and using one on a credit application is a federal crime.
  • We will not help you misstate your income, your employment, your address, or the age or ownership of an account on any application.
  • We will not file a bankruptcy for you, hold ourselves out as your attorney, or tell you how to answer a court.

If anyone tells you that we offer any of the above, they are not speaking for us. If we ever ask you to do any of it, that is a violation of federal law by us, and section 9 tells you where to take it.

9. If you believe your rights were violated

You do not have to come to us first, and nothing in your contract requires you to. You can complain to a regulator at any time, and you can do it while you are still enrolled.

Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB)

File a complaint online at consumerfinance.gov/complaint (opens in a new tab) or by phone at (855) 411-2372. The CFPB forwards complaints to the company and asks for a response, and it publishes complaint data.

Federal Trade Commission (FTC)

CROA is also enforced by the FTC. Report a credit repair problem at reportfraud.ftc.gov (opens in a new tab).

Your state regulator

Florida Office of the Attorney General, Consumer Protection Division: myfloridalegal.com or 1-866-9-NO-SCAM (1-866-966-7226). The attorney general’s office accepts consumer complaints about credit repair organizations, and Florida law gives you rights beyond the federal ones described here.

You may also sue a credit repair organization that violates CROA, and CROA rights cannot be waived by contract. If a document we asked you to sign appears to waive them, the waiver is void and we want to hear about it at info@creditaccessgroup.com.

10. Related documents and contact

This disclosure sits alongside our terms of service and our privacy policy. Where any of those three conflicts with this page on a matter CROA governs, this page and the signed written contract control.

Questions about anything here: info@creditaccessgroup.com, (561) 898-8884, or 732 NW 8 Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311. Ask before you sign, not after. If a question about your rights cannot be answered clearly, that is a reason not to enroll.
