Terms of service
These terms govern your use of this website and, until you sign a written service contract, your dealings with us. They are written to be read by the person signing them, not around them.
Last updated 2026-09-28 · Version 2026-09-28.2. Read these terms together with our required disclosures, which control on every point federal credit repair law governs.
1. Who these terms are between
These terms are an agreement between you and Credit Access Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company(“Credit Access Group”, “we”, “us”). Our address is 732 NW 8 Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311 and you can reach us at info@creditaccessgroup.com or (561) 898-8884.
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the site. We will take your continued use as acceptance of the version in force at the time, and section 14 explains how we change them.
2. Who may use the site and the services
You may use this site and enroll in our services only if all of the following are true. You are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You are located in the United States and the credit file you want reviewed is your own, or the file of a business you are authorized to act for. You are acting for yourself, not on behalf of a third party whose identity you have not disclosed to us.
You may not use this site or our services to review, dispute, or obtain information about another person’s credit file without that person’s written authorization, and you may not resell, white-label, or hold out our services as your own without a separate written agreement with us.
3. Using the site is not enrolling, and the signed contract controls
Nothing on this site enrolls you in anything
Reading this site, submitting a contact form, requesting a consultation, or talking to us on the phone does not enroll you in any service and does not create a client relationship. Enrollment happens only when you sign a separate written service contract with us and we accept it.
That written contract, together with the separate written disclosure statement and the notice of cancellation delivered with it, is the agreement that governs the work. Where the signed contract and these terms disagree, the signed contract controls. Where either one disagrees with our required disclosures or with the Credit Repair Organizations Act, the disclosures and the statute control.
You will receive the contract, the disclosure statement, and the cancellation form to read before you sign, and you keep signed copies of all three. If you are asked to sign without receiving them, do not sign.
4. What the three services are, and what limits them
Credit repair
We review your credit reports with you, identify items that appear inaccurate, incomplete, unverifiable, out of date, duplicated, or not yours, and prepare and submit disputes and verification requests to the credit bureaus and furnishers under a written authorization you sign. We read the responses with you and explain what each one means.
The limit: accurate, current, and verifiable information cannot be removed from a credit report by us, by you, or by anyone. The bureaus and the furnishers decide the outcome of every dispute, not us. We do not know in advance what they will decide, and it is a normal outcome for a file to be reviewed and left unchanged because everything in it is accurate.
Credit building
We identify which credit accounts you qualify for, and help you open those accounts and have them reported on your credit profile. You decide whether to apply for each account.
The limit: we do not issue credit, and each lender decides whether to approve you. We do not add ourselves or you as an authorized user on any account, and we do not control the scoring models. Positive history accumulates over time through your own behavior, and we cannot state what your score will be.
Business funding preparation
We help you organize what lenders typically ask for: entity and registration records, business banking history, bookkeeping, trade-line reporting, and the documentation package that goes with an application. We tell you where your file is likely to draw questions.
The limit: preparing to apply is not approval. We are not a lender and not a loan broker. We do not submit applications in your name unless the signed contract says so in writing, we do not decide or influence any underwriting decision, and we cannot promise you will qualify for any amount, rate, or product.
No service line carries a guarantee
None of the three services guarantees a score, a score increase, the deletion of any specific item, approval for any loan or line of credit, or any timeline. Section 9 restates this, and section 7 of the required disclosures sets it out in full.
5. What you are responsible for
Our work depends almost entirely on the quality and speed of what you give us. You agree to the following, and a failure here is the most common reason an engagement stalls.
- Give us accurate, complete, and current information about yourself, your addresses, your accounts, and your history, and correct it promptly when it changes.
- Provide the identity verification and documents we need to act for you, including a signed authorization before we contact any bureau or furnisher on your behalf.
- Forward every letter, portal message, and email you receive from a credit bureau, a furnisher, or a collector while you are enrolled, promptly and in full. Those responses are the record of what happened, and we cannot work from your summary of them.
- Keep your current accounts paid on time and avoid new derogatory activity while the work is underway. New negative history can outweigh anything a dispute achieves.
- Tell us if you are in bankruptcy, in litigation over a debt, or working with another credit repair company, since each changes what we should do.
- Never ask us to dispute information you know is accurate, and never ask us to state anything untrue to a bureau, a furnisher, a lender, or a government agency. We will refuse, and a repeated request is grounds for us to end the engagement under section 7.
You keep the right to contact the credit bureaus yourself at any time, for free, while you are enrolled with us. Tell us when you do, so we are not working from a stale picture of your file.
6. Fees and billing
No advance fees — we bill after the work is done
Federal law prohibits a credit repair organization from charging or receiving any money for a service before that service has been fully performed, and we follow it. You are not asked for a deposit, setup fee, retainer, or prepayment to enroll.
The amounts you can be charged, and what each amount pays for, are set out in your written quote and restated in the contract you sign. We bill only after the work is completed, on the terms agreed with you in writing, and all billing is by Credit Access Group LLC. We will not charge an amount that is not in the signed contract, and we will not change a fee mid-engagement without your written agreement.
We do not keep a payment method on file. When an amount comes due under the signed contract we bill you for it, and if a payment is late we will tell you and give you a reasonable chance to pay before we treat the account as delinquent or suspend work. Third-party costs you choose to incur — a credit monitoring subscription, certified mail, notarial fees — are yours, and we will say so in advance rather than pass them through silently.
A fee already earned for a service fully performed remains payable if you later cancel after the cancellation window. A fee for work not yet performed is never owed.
7. Cancelling, and ending the engagement later
Any reason, no penalty, whichever window ends later
You may cancel your contract with us for any reason before midnight of the third business day after you sign it (federal law), or within five days from the date you sign it (Florida law), whichever ends later, and you will owe nothing. A notice of cancellation form comes with the contract. Send a signed, dated written notice to Credit Access Group LLC, 732 NW 8 Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311, or email it to info@creditaccessgroup.com. Section 5 of the required disclosures gives the full procedure.
After that window, either side may end the engagement. You may end it at any time by written notice to 732 NW 8 Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311 or info@creditaccessgroup.com; it takes effect when we receive it, and you owe only amounts already earned for services fully performed before that date.
We may end the engagement on 10 days’ written notice, or immediately, if you ask us to do something this agreement or federal law forbids, if you give us information we find to be knowingly false, if you stop responding for an extended period, or if you do not cure a failed payment after notice. If we end it, we will tell you why in writing, stop work, and bill nothing further.
However the engagement ends, you may request a copy of the disputes and correspondence we handled for you, and we will provide it. Our authority to act on your behalf ends on the termination date, and we stop contacting bureaus and furnishers for you from that point.
8. Limited authority — we act only within what you sign
We act as your agent only to the extent of a written authorization you have signed, and only for the purposes stated in it. Outside that, we have no authority to bind you.
We never impersonate you, and we never sign as you
We do not pose as you in a phone call, a letter, a portal, or a chat. We do not sign your name, we do not use your credentials to log in as you, and we identify ourselves as your authorized representative in every communication with a bureau, furnisher, or lender. If you are ever told that impersonating you is how the work gets done, that is not how we work.
We will not open an account, apply for credit, sign a loan document, accept a settlement, or authorize a payment in your name. We will not dispute an item without a good-faith basis to believe it is inaccurate, incomplete, unverifiable, or misreported. You may withdraw or narrow the authorization in writing at any time, and we will stop.
9. No guarantee of any outcome
We do not guarantee and cannot guarantee any credit score, any score increase, the deletion or correction of any specific item, approval for any loan, credit card, line of credit, lease, or business funding, any rate or limit, or any timeline for any of it. No employee, contractor, affiliate, or referral partner is authorized to give you such a guarantee, and one given anyway does not bind us and is not part of your contract.
We do not publish typical or average results. Outcomes depend on what is actually in your file, on what the furnishers can verify, and on your own behavior during the engagement — none of which generalizes. The realistic range runs from inaccurate items being corrected or removed, through some items resolved and others verified and left in place, to no change at all. Statements we make about how the process works are descriptions of our process, not predictions of your result.
10. This site and its content
The site, its text, layout, graphics, and code are owned by Credit Access Group LLC or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may read the site, print pages for your own reference, and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, scrape, frame, or use our content or marks to promote another business, and you may not remove attribution.
The site is informational. It describes how credit reporting works in general terms and it is not advice about your situation. Third-party links are provided for convenience; we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, and an external link is not an endorsement. Anything you send us through the site is handled under our privacy policy, and you should not send sensitive documents through a channel we have not asked you to use.
11. Disclaimers
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, and to the fullest extent the law allows, the site and the services are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that information on it is complete and current at every moment.
We are not responsible for the acts, decisions, timing, or errors of a credit bureau, a furnisher, a collector, a lender, or a government agency. We are not responsible for a decline, a rate, a limit, or a closure decided by a third party. Nothing in this section limits a right you hold under the Credit Repair Organizations Act, which cannot be waived.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, neither side is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, or lost opportunity, arising out of the site or the services, even if the possibility was known.
Our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the site or the services is limited to the total amount you paid us under the signed contract.
Rights and remedies under the Credit Repair Organizations Act cannot be waived or limited by contract, and any part of this section that would do so is void as to those claims. This section also does not limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, bodily injury, or anything else the law does not permit us to limit.
13. Governing law and how disputes are resolved
These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where federal law or the consumer protection law of your home state applies regardless.
Before either side files anything, we ask you to contact us at info@creditaccessgroup.com and give us 30 days to resolve the problem. Most disputes are a misunderstanding about what a bureau response meant, and this step is faster for both of us. It does not limit your right to complain to a regulator at any time, which you can do while you are still enrolled, and it does not shorten any deadline for filing a claim.
If that does not resolve it, disputes are brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and both sides consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Either side may still bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
These terms contain no arbitration clause and no class-action waiver. Nothing in them waives or limits any right under the Credit Repair Organizations Act, including your right to sue a credit repair organization that violates it. The small-claims option above still applies.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date and the version number at the top of this page, and a material change will be described so you can see what moved rather than having to diff the page yourself.
A change to these terms applies to your use of the site from its effective date. A change does not alter a service contract you have already signed; that contract changes only by a written amendment both sides sign. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms; if you do not, stop using the site and tell us.
15. Other terms, and how to contact us
If a provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force and the unenforceable provision is narrowed only as far as needed. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale of the business, and your rights under CROA and under any signed contract travel with you.
