Privacy policy

To review your credit we have to hold some of the most sensitive information about you that exists. This page says exactly what we collect, why, who else sees it, how long we keep it, and what you can make us do about it.

Last updated 2026-10-27 · Version 2026-09-28.2. This policy covers this website and our credit repair, credit building, and business funding services. It sits alongside our terms of service and our required disclosures.

1. Who is responsible for your information

Credit Access Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Our privacy contact is info@creditaccessgroup.com and Credit Access Group LLC, 732 NW 8 Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311. A person, not an inbox robot, reads that address.

This policy applies whether you are just reading the site, have asked for a consultation, or are enrolled. Where a rule applies only to enrolled clients, we say so.

2. What we collect, and why we need each piece

We collect only what the work requires. Each category below is paired with the reason we hold it, so you can tell whether a request for information is legitimate.

Identity and contact information

Your name, any former names, date of birth, current and previous addresses, phone number, and email. We need it to verify you are who you say you are, to match you to your credit file, and to reach you. Address history matters because addresses are one of the ways a file gets mixed up with somebody else’s.

The online start questionnaire

If you begin online we ask your goal, your timing, what you believe is holding your credit back, your self-reported score range, whether you have used credit repair before, whether you have a registered business, your state and your preferred language. We use these answers to suggest a service line and to prepare your call. They are stored with your enquiry, are never shared with advertising platforms, and are kept as described in clause 7.

Government identifiers

Your Social Security number, and a government-issued photo ID when a bureau or furnisher requires one to process a request. Bureaus will not accept a dispute on your behalf without identity verification, so this is not optional for the service, but it is limited to what they actually ask for.

Credit reports and bureau correspondence

Your credit reports from one or more nationwide bureaus, the tradelines, collections, inquiries, and public records in them, and the letters, portal messages, and results the bureaus and furnishers send back. This is the file the work is performed on.

Documents you upload

Whatever you send to support a dispute or an application — billing statements, payoff letters, police or identity theft reports, court documents, bank statements, tax returns, entity formation records for a business file.

Payment information

We do not use a payment processor and we do not store card or bank details. When a fee comes due you pay it on the terms agreed with you in writing, and we keep a record of each payment so we can answer a billing question.

Site usage

IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and the time of the visit. We use it to keep the site working and secure and to understand which pages people actually read. Section 11 covers cookies and analytics.

Communications

Emails, messages, form submissions, and notes from calls. Where a call is recorded we tell you at the start of the call and you can ask us not to.

3. Credit reports and government identifiers get stricter handling

This is the most sensitive data we hold, and it is treated that way

Your Social Security number, your government ID images, and your credit reports are held to a stricter standard than the rest of your record. They are encrypted in transit and encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to the staff assigned to your file and the small number of administrators who maintain the systems. Every access is logged with who, what, and when, and those logs are reviewed.

  • Your full Social Security number is masked in our interface by default and is revealed only when a specific task requires it.
  • Credit reports and ID documents are never sent over unencrypted email or ordinary text message, and we will not ask you to send them that way. If a message claiming to be from us asks you to, do not reply to it — forward it to info@creditaccessgroup.com.
  • We do not use your credit report, your identifiers, or your uploaded documents to train any machine learning or AI model.
  • Staff access ends when a person leaves the assignment or the company. Access is granted per file, not per department.
  • If we discover unauthorized access to this category of information, we notify you and the regulators the law requires, within the time the law requires.

4. How we use your information

We use your information to verify your identity, to obtain and review your credit reports, to prepare and submit disputes and verification requests under the authorization you signed, to track and explain the responses, to advise you on credit building and funding preparation, to bill amounts that have come due, to answer your questions, to keep records the law requires us to keep, to detect and prevent fraud and misuse, and to maintain and secure the site.

We may send you service messages about your file and your engagement; those are part of the service and you cannot opt out of them while enrolled. Marketing email is separate, needs your consent, and has an unsubscribe link in every message that works on the first click.

We do not sell your personal information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your name, contact details or credit information for cross-context behavioral advertising; clause 11 describes the one advertising tool on our public pages. We do not rent or trade your contact details to lead generators, list brokers, lenders, or anyone else who would market to you. We have never done this and this policy does not reserve the right to start.

5. Who we share it with, and why

We disclose your information only where it is necessary to do the work you hired us for, or where the law requires it. Each recipient below gets the minimum needed for its role.

  • Credit bureaus and consumer reporting agencies — to obtain your reports and to submit disputes and verification requests on your behalf, with your signed authorization.
  • Furnishers — the banks, lenders, collectors, and other companies that report an item we are disputing, because a dispute is resolved between the bureau and the furnisher.
  • Service providers under written contract — Railway (hosting and document storage), Resend (email delivery) and Backblaze B2 (encrypted backups). Each is contractually limited to processing your information on our instructions, for our purposes only, with confidentiality and security obligations, and none is permitted to use it for its own marketing.
  • A lender or funding source — only when you tell us in writing to send a specific application or document package, and only what that application needs.
  • Professional advisers — our own attorneys, accountants, and auditors, where they need it and are bound by confidentiality.
  • Government and legal — where we are required by law, subpoena, court order, or regulator demand, or where disclosure is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim. Where we are permitted to tell you about such a demand, we will.
  • A successor — in a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business, with your information staying subject to a policy at least as protective as this one, and with notice to you.

We do not disclose your information to a family member, a spouse, a business partner, or anyone else who calls on your behalf unless you have authorized that person in writing on your file.

6. Referral partners see a status, never your file

Some clients reach us through a referral partner — a realtor, a car dealer, a mortgage loan officer, an accountant, an affiliate. If a partner referred you, the partner is told only that the referral enrolled and the status of the engagement, in the coarsest terms: enrolled, active, completed, or ended.

A referring partner never sees your credit file

We do not give a referral partner your credit report, your score, your tradelines, your collections, your Social Security number, your ID documents, your uploaded documents, or the content of any dispute or bureau response. Not as a summary, not as a screenshot, not verbally on a call. A partner who asks us for it is refused, and we tell you they asked.

If you would rather your referring partner not be told anything at all, tell us at info@creditaccessgroup.com and we will stop sending status updates about you. Where a partner is paid for a referral, we pay the partner out of our own fees and you pay nothing extra; this is disclosed to you in your contract.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you are a client and then for five years afterwards. The reason we do not delete everything the day an engagement ends is that records of what we disputed and what the bureaus answered are the evidence that protects you as much as us, and because credit repair records are subject to mandatory retention periods.

After the retention period, records are deleted or irreversibly de-identified. Some categories go sooner: ID document images are deleted once identity verification is complete and the bureaus no longer require them on file, and payment card details are never held by us to begin with. Where we are under a legal hold, a regulator demand, or an active dispute, we keep the affected records until that ends, even if you asked for deletion, and we tell you that is why.

8. Security, and an honest limit on it

We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls scoped to the staff assigned to your file, multi-factor authentication on internal systems, logged and reviewed access to sensitive records, background-checked staff who sign confidentiality agreements, least-privilege administration, vendor security review before a provider touches client data, and a written incident response procedure.

No system is perfectly secure, including ours

We cannot guarantee that your information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by a breach of our safeguards or a vendor’s, and anyone who tells you their system is unbreachable is selling you something. What we can commit to is the practices above, and to telling you promptly and honestly if something happens to your information, along with what we know, what we do not yet know, and what you should do.

You can help: use a unique password, turn on multi-factor authentication where we offer it, send documents only through the channel we asked you to use, and treat any message that pressures you to send your Social Security number or a payment immediately as a fraud attempt until you have confirmed it by calling us on a number you already had.

9. Your rights over your information

What you can ask us to do

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to delete it, ask us what we have disclosed and to whom, withdraw a consent you previously gave, opt out of marketing at any time, and ask us to stop processing while a complaint is being sorted out. We do not charge you for making a request and we do not retaliate for one.

Make a request to info@creditaccessgroup.com or Credit Access Group LLC, 732 NW 8 Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311. We will acknowledge it and respond within 30 days. We will verify your identity before we act, in proportion to the sensitivity of what is being asked — we will not hand a credit file to whoever emails us claiming to be you.

Two honest limits. A deletion request cannot reach records we are legally required to retain, or records needed for an active dispute or legal claim, and we will tell you specifically what we kept and why. And a request to delete or stop processing while you are enrolled will usually end the engagement, because the work cannot be performed without the file; we will tell you that before we act, not after.

If your state’s law gives you more rights than this policy, we honor them. State privacy laws — California’s CCPA as amended by the CPRA, and comparable laws in a growing number of other states — may give you additional rights, including the right to know the categories of information collected and disclosed, the right to correct, the right to delete, the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We honor those rights for residents of states that grant them, and we extend the substance of them to everyone rather than sorting our clients by zip code.

Separately from anything we control, you have federal rights over your credit file itself — to obtain a copy of it and to dispute inaccurate information directly with the bureaus, yourself, for free. Those are set out in our required disclosures.

10. Children

Our services are for adults. The site and the services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Do not submit a child’s information, including a child’s Social Security number, through this site.

If you believe a minor’s information has reached us, contact info@creditaccessgroup.com and we will delete it. If a minor’s identity has been used to open credit — which happens, and is a form of identity theft — the parent or guardian should report it to the bureaus and to identitytheft.gov (opens in a new tab).

11. Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to make it work — keeping you signed in, remembering a form in progress, and protecting against abuse. Those cannot be turned off without breaking the site.

Our public information pages load the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms that tells Meta a page was viewed so we can measure our advertising. It sends Meta your browser’s technical details and the address of the page you are on. It never sends your name, contact details, credit information or questionnaire answers. It does not load on sign-in, on the online start questionnaire, or in the customer, partner or staff areas, and it does not load when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. We use no other analytics service.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers offer a global privacy control signal; where a signal reaches us we treat it as an opt-out request. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date and the version number at the top of this page. For a material change — a new category of information, a new purpose, a new recipient, or a longer retention period — we will describe what changed and, if you are enrolled, notify you directly rather than relying on you to notice this page moved.

We will not apply a materially different use to information we already hold about you without telling you first and, where the law requires consent, obtaining it. Earlier versions are available on request from info@creditaccessgroup.com.

13. How to contact us, and where else to complain

Privacy questions, requests, and complaints: info@creditaccessgroup.com or Credit Access Group LLC, 732 NW 8 Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311. Tell us what you want and we will tell you what we can do and by when.

If we do not resolve it, you can complain to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau at consumerfinance.gov/complaint (opens in a new tab), to your state attorney general, or to the state regulator named in our required disclosures. You do not need our permission and you do not have to wait for us to finish looking into it.
